They forgot to pick up my order and messed up the rest of the order. 1 hour later I finally got my food RAW. They served raw chicken breast. They didn't push themselves to make amends. Answer: As I said on the spot, I didn't eat anything for almost the whole day. So I had to wait an hour after placing the original order for the food to come to me. I became horribly hungry, extremely angry, upset, and sad. I wanted to speak immediately as I noticed. That's why I went there. When my colleague asked which one would be better for me...; then I continued to say that I don't care, I'm so hungry that I'll eat the rest, i.e. the side dish. I knew that one of the offers would have been to re-cook the food, which I certainly couldn't have waited for when I was so hungry. After finishing the round, I went to the counter again, where the man with the bigger body was looking for something, not the man in the colorful pajama pants. I showed him the raw meat again, but he didn't react. So they would have had the opportunity to improve the situation here as well. They could have actively come to me to sort things out if they had already made a mistake. They only apologized to me when I pointed out that this had not been said before. Yes, to err is human; but how they take it up afterwards and how they try to make amends is a matter of attitude. I didn't have the feeling that the guest was the center of attention for you. If I had seen even a spark of regret, I would not have given this one star review.
