Okinawa Dining Hateruma - Naha

Really good sampler. We had the peanut tofu, sushi sampler, Udon, pig bell, tempoura, cold sea tang noodle-ish appetite. Food was amazing and a good first meal as an introduction to Okinawa.

Good place to traditionally made Okinawa meal. Friendly hosts who helped me to order as I have some food restrictions. Delicious food.

The food quality is subdued and of what I would describe as "budget quality at not exactly reasonable prices", but that is usually for a dinner and show type facility that focuses on the show and atmospheric aspects. Live performance in a cozy atmosphere is the main reason for coming, and they deliver well to this front.

The food is okay, but comes in very small portions. Prices are above average for the region. There is also a 350 Yen seat fee, whatever that is. The decor is quite cool and traditional. I wouldn't go back.

Beware there will be a table charge on ¥315 per pax even without the ‘show performance’ We wasnt inform on that, only realised when we call for bill Food choice services wasnt great.... About ¥4000 per pax on average base on simple okinawa food Would go for more choices of food behind alley rather than along the street....most are tourist trap
