Jeremys Country Restaurant

The portions at this restaurant were amazing. Despite the unusual short staff situation, I still found the experience great. It is also impressive considering it is located at a truck stop. I will definitely make a point to stop here again during future trips.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Sudbury with our grandchildren. I always find that eating at truck stops is a good option, especially when the parking lot is full of cars. I was not disappointed when I saw the menu offering a great variety of food that was plentiful, cooked at the right temperature, and delicious. It seemed like they were short-staffed due to post-COVID circumstances as the service was a bit slow, but our waitress was attentive given the busy restaurant. Some of the customers were locals who were very friendly. Our grandchildren, aged 8 and 11, took home doggy bags from their meals and still had plenty of food leftover for dinner!

We have visited this restaurant twice, once in 2019 and again in 2021. The food is excellent. My partner said his breakfast was the best he has ever had. I ordered the minestrone soup and it was fantastic. We would definitely visit again. The prices are reasonable.

Eating is good. the personal is friendly. clean. washrooms are large and clean. I want to come back.

The food is good, the portions are large, and there's lots of choice but this truckstop's bathrooms absolutely reek and that smell permeates the buiding. I don't eat there for that reason.
