Burger King-trm - Nairobi

Burger King TRM has a great ambience besides the obvious- great food. It's a nice place for a quick meal with family as you shop in TRM. They are kid friendly and sell small burgers for kids.

For the best chicken wings and customer care. Yesterday I forgot my phone on the table and headed home, on the way I couldn't find my phone and was certain its gone, but guess what? I went back and found it safe kept by the Burger Kind staff : you guys rock

The food is great, and the service is impressive, but the atmosphere is somewhat disappointing. I understand the space is small, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't invest in air conditioning. When the restaurant gets crowded and hot (especially due to the kitchen), it can smell of sweat, hot oil, and sauces. It's difficult to enjoy a meal in such conditions. Additionally, I've noticed that the floor can be dirty at times; cleanliness is important. I ended up going from BK TRM to Two Rivers because of these issues, even though I really appreciate your service.
