Leland Pub - Nakusp

Great location...but this hotel needs some serious updates. None of the window had screens, there were actually spaces between the window and the sill so we killed quite a few bugs. The window coverings were lace with no privacy blinds. The hall carpet was very soiled. There is so much potential for this hotel, but it needs a lot of work. The restaurant was closed on the days we were there. Who does that? Service: 1

This hotel is located right on the lake with beautiful views but there is nothing else nice about this place. It is run down, smelly, bedding look to be from the 80's that haven't been changed since then, carpets with stains all over them, walls that had patches that had never been painted in years. The pillows smelled like someone else's head with hair left on them and worst of all at 1 am in the morning right before going to bed we discovered 2 fat juicy bed bugs. The most uncomfortable sleep I we had in a long time. They did refund us the full amount with no hesitation but come on. I would rather sleep on the beach or the street next time than there.

Same boring food service was not very great this time moms steak was well done asked for medium rare very long waits had to grab my own napkins and wave the waitress down for anything mom was not offered a discount on her over cooked steak Beautiful scenery though. Service: 2

Been here before with others. But this trip was more memorable. Better company. Food seemed better this time around. And beer was definitely colder. Service: 3

Can recommend the nachos. Can't recommend the rooms. Thankfully we had our own bedding and towels(I could see through the ones provided lol). Tho it makes sense they did have a sign for hiring cleaners. The young lady who seemed to be running everything by herself was awesome. Maybe the owners need to step up their game and help their business?? Service: 5
