Blimpie - Nampa

I'm visiting from out of state and went to this restaurant for lunch and dinner two days in a row. I enjoyed a fabulous Blimpie Best sandwich each time!

I called to confirm they were open and then placed an online order, all within 20 minutes. When I arrived to pick up the food, I found the doors locked. They came to the door to inform me that they were actually supposed to be closed. One girl even mentioned to another that it was due to the recent phone call I made. When I asked for a refund, she told me I would have to wait until tomorrow to receive it. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I will never return to this location. The least they could have done is call me, as my number is on file.

The staff here are consistently friendly! A bit off topic, but a young blonde woman was particularly sweet and even congratulated me on my pregnancy. I usually use the drive-thru, and they are always very accommodating.

Associates were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Recommend. Will return.

This place is a Joke! Don?t waste your time or money! We wanted to place a catering order and tried to call it in mid morning on a Saturday. Every time we called there was no answer after multiple rings they would pick up the phone then hang up Unbelievable so frustrating! After a few hours i got a call back they left a message saying they were to busy to answer? All they had to to was take my name number call me back but to hang up flat out ignore customers unacceptable! There?s another Blimpie 10 min away we?ll use them from now on!
