Ihop - Nampa

They made fun of me because they wanted bannanas on my pancakes. I just wanted to serve with butter. first they realize that their voice is wearing and I have heard about everything they have said about me. I would have chosen them if I had given the chance no. still fight to fill water. it's pathetic. over all speeds is not good. customer service is like the waitress a sad depressed teenager with a Pixi cut. funny is how they force pancakes on you. they will not allow them to exchange for everything. even if they have potato pancakes on the menu. So pancakes or not they still pay for them when they buy a combo with them. it turns out that they are made of potato pancakes at an idaho in ihop. what a sweat.

Kara, who sat me, was a great hostess, happy, friendly and karen was an excellent server, very attentive and helpful. they seem like a tight and delightful staff that is good to see, and eating was of course great. Nice that I came, made for a beautiful tomorrow!

Don't come here. 2 hours then cold food. Never got whole order. Place is empty. Still took 2 hrs

If you guys are going to have TWO hosts taking names maybe tell one of them to open their mouth and let people know how long it will be. We gave our name and sat down, restaurant was not busy at all and figured it would be a minute or two since neither of the nincompoops who 'welcomed ' us didn 't open their mouths. The next people asked how long it would be and they said THIRTY MINUTES. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT here. Needless to say we went to DENNY 'S.

I don’t know where to start…. This was THE WORST IHOP I HAVE BEEN TO!!! When our group of 11 showed up, there was no one at the front. We waited for about 5 minutes before I went back to the kitchen to find someone. Strike one. When we were seated, we ordered our drinks (soda, WATERS, couple minion milk shakes . Who knew it would take 20 minutes to just get a water!! One of my friends tried to order a root beer float. He was told they couldn’t do that for him because it wasn’t on the menu. The. He asked for just a glass of root beer and a side of ice cream. Again he was told no they couldn’t do that. Fine, water it is! After we ordered our food, we sat and waited for an hour. During that time no one refilled the drinks (waters and sodas . We had to wave someone down and sadly raise our voices to be heard (there was only another group of 4 at a booth in the restaurant… no one else! Strike two. When food finally arrived it was adequately warm but could have been warmer. My friend asked for peanut butter for his meal. He was told they don’t have peanut butter…. WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!? The Meridian IHOP has peanut butter…. This place just had nothing going right. I am surprised it hasn’t been shut down because of how terrible the service was. Strike Three. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION! Don’t waste your time. Shari’s down the street would have been better. If I could leave a 0-star review I would.And we all know what the food looks like but pictures don’t do the service any justice.
