The Egg Factory - Nampa

The food was disappointing and lacked flavor. The potatoes were overcooked and tough, and my eggs were undercooked. The only items I enjoyed were the bacon and sausage.

We visited this restaurant for breakfast and encountered a frustrating experience with the service. My wife ordered a scramble, which she enjoyed, but after finishing our meal, we asked for a to-go box. We sat there for 10 minutes while our waitress walked past the boxes multiple times without acknowledging our request. Eventually, she brought us the check, but still no box. When we asked again, she promised to get one, but we ended up having to get up and go to the register where she was working as the cashier. My wife reminded her about the box, and the waitress responded by saying she was on her own, despite us seeing two other staff members attending to tables. At no point did she offer to fetch the box again or apologize for the oversight. My wife, being kind, left a $5 tip, although I thought it was unnecessary given we paid for a meal that went uneaten and could have made a great lunch. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I absolutely loved their lemon poppyseed pancakes! The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is top-notch. I really appreciate small businesses!

We had a very large party because we were in town for a wedding. The server was extremely patient. We also had lots of kids. Food was very good.

First time here..recommended by a neighbor. Food was fantastic.. The portion of food you get is alot for just one person. French toast and California Scramble both are worth it here. Will be coming back here more often
