It took 30 minutes to receive a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and a baked potato, which is quite disappointing. I would suggest going elsewhere if you're short on time, as I spent my entire lunch break waiting for my meal.
I drove through this afternoon and ordered a large crispy fry. Since I was the only customer, I went straight to the window. I paid for my fries, and the cashier handed me my bag. I was surprised at how quickly I received my order. However, when I reached into the bag for a hot, crispy fry, I discovered a cup of limp, cold fries instead. I informed the cashier before leaving the window that I had ordered hot, crispy fries, but what I received was cold. The cashier tried to explain that they let the fries cook longer to make them crispy. While that's nice, it didn't solve my problem: where were my crispy fries? I attempted to return the limp fries, but the cashier refused. Eventually, the chef made me what I originally ordered. Was it really that difficult to get a simple order of large, crispy fries right? Unfortunately, it seems it was.
Wendy's is likely the best fast-food restaurant, right after McDonald's. I would definitely choose to go there whenever I have the opportunity.
Everything was hot and fresh, but the prices are out of hand for cheap almost food. there are good value items, but not very fillable cheap options.
I 'd probably skip this Wendy 's if there was something else in the area. My husband 's hamburger was lukewarm as if it had been sitting around. I ordered my chicken sandwich separately from his and I stood near the counter area waiting for my name to be called or for my name to be changed from In Progress to Ready. Never did. After 7 minutes, I asked the girl if that was my food sitting there in front of her and she said, oh yeah. It is. So after sitting there on the counter for all that time, it was barely warm. Won 't be back. Workers are all 16 or 17 years old with no basic customer service skills.
