Les Trois Cles - Namur

The restaurant is very nice and cozy with great value for money. Compared to my experience in Paris where the room was not as good and very expensive, this place was a pleasant surprise. The staff is friendly and professional, and the room was perfectly clean, giving the impression that I was the first to use it. Despite staying in a single room, it had everything I needed including a mini fridge, electric kettle, pots, cutlery, a 32 inch LCD TV, and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room was well-furnished. I enjoyed a lunch of baked chicken and pasta, which was prepared very well. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visited Gembloux.

The hotel is located not far from the railway station and offers free parking. The staff is friendly and the hotel is no longer a member of the Best Western hotel chain. The bed and cleanliness are rated 2, the light, air conditioning, WiFi, mould, breakfast, and restaurant are all rated 2 as well. The check-in/out service is rated 1, while the carpark and friendliness are rated 2 and 3, respectively. Overall, the hotel is considered good and better than average.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice and the breakfast was good. I would have given it 5 stars, but the staff at the reception did not help us find a taxi to the railway station when we checked out at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. We ended up walking as it wasn't raining and only took about 15 minutes.

Does not look so great, but the rooms are modern and spacious and restaurant and brasserie both ww good eating

Staff was excellent, breakfast was average (the eggs didn’t taste very good and had weird colour and the bacon was cold, other than that it was okay). The bathroom is very good, shower is great, the bed is comfortable but the room we got was very small, specially for the price. We were in a little weekend trip with small luggage, but if you’re 2 people with suitcases, good luck!
