Terrible service. Always forgetting things in the bag.

So SLOW. Food is fine, typical Wendy's but man. Could go to a dine in restaurant and get your food faster than it takes to get through the drive through here.

Stopped by the drive thru the other day with my husband. The lady who was running the drive thru window was rude. Let out a huge sigh when we asked to change something. And while we were waiting the customer ahead of us wanted her to scan something on their phone. She kept handling the customers phone( who knows how clean that customers hands and phone are? Do they take it into the washroom with them? Do they wash their hands afterwards? My husband and I noticed that she had disposable gloves on but didn't change them before she handled our food, or when she went to retrieve the extra napkins we asked for. Gross ? I don't want to wipe my hands or face on these napkins. Cross contamination and food born illness anyone?

Stopped by this location yesterday. The Indo Canadian woman working drive thru is wearing gloves, but handling money, and was touching the customers cell phone in front of me in line. Why? I don't know. When I asked for napkins, while wearing the same gloves she handed me a few napkins. She cross contaminated the napkins. It became apparent to me that she isn't wearing gloves to protect the customers from germs, she is wearing gloves to protect herself from germs. I did the customer service survey when I got home, but of course the owner, or manager never followed up. I feel the staff would greatly benefit from taking a Food Safe Course. I will be talking to the health inspector about the cross contamination concerns at this establishment. I also don't like how the owner passes the sugar tax onto the customer. Check your receipts people, if you order pop, they are charging you more than just GST, they call it HST Pop. If the owner has a sugar tax, he can pay it, not make me pay it. I will not be returning to this location.
