Subway - Nanaimo

Tried one of the new order by and 9 the brisket was very good

The older lady that works there is very rude, I asked her to unfold my meat for my sandwich (because I don’t like the new policy that the meat has to be folded into a tiny little quarter of the size)and she started cussing under her breath and shaking her head, I asked why she was shaking her head and she said you have no idea how much time it takes to fold the meat every day, I said that would just be part of your job as a employee at subway. And if a customer would ask for you you unfold the meat , you should just maybe say no problem and not react in such a rude and negative manner. Will not be back to this particular location ever again. If you don’t like your job go elsewhere

Can a manager explain to the east indian worker (male) that in Canada ALL the ingredients present in a coupon are actually included in the price of the footlong?!?!?!He tried to charge me for the avocado and after I tried several times to explain him I got the classic angry SLUM customer service!!Without counting the fact that I wanted same ingredients of the coupon and he was keep asking what i want . Plain idiotic situation!!!

Daily customer of this facility and I must say that this is one of the best subways I have gone to. the personal is super friendly and always surpasses my expectations with my sandwiches! loves this place and can go on until I pull out!
