Wendy's - Nanaimo

Food was so terrible, nuggets were like dried rubber and the bun for the burger was soggy not to mention the soda tasted like carbonated water. Store couldnt get nothing right. If I could give 0 I would.

This location doesn’t deserve any stars in my opinion. Went there for lunch around 2ish and ordered a combo. The fries were left sitting on the tray with my cup for well over 5 mins. The lady at the counter had to remind the cook about my burger. When she put the burger on my tray I asked for new fries because they were sitting there and she went back and supposedly got new ones but they weren’t even warm either. I opened my burger at the table and there was maybe 4 drops of mayo. Pretty pathetic. I took it all back and showed them the burger and mentioned the fries again and the girl says to the manager she doesn’t like it. The manager gives me cash back with no apology from either of them and as I was leaving the young girl says “just another Karen” in front of other customers. I was going to go back in but she wasn’t worth my time. Not once did I raise my voice to them either. Extremely rude girl at the counter and very unfriendly Manager.

I ordered large potatoes and got half the amount i should have... this is literally a small potato and i went through the drive through so didn't see it until i got home.

Food took forever, first six tables were unclean. Floor filthy, condiments area crusted and unwashed. Drink fountain drips a weird black liquid (maybe a syrup, maybe oil). We were the only customers I don't understand why no one was cleaning the restaurant. Even after telling a staff person about the dirty tables nothing was done. The food was horrible.
