Contribuisci feedbackNot expecting much, we entered this restaurant with a group of 7 friends on a friday evening.A typical meat restaurant ( with only 1 fish dish(samon)). 24€ for a 3 course menu with 4 or 5choices for starters, main dish and desserts. We took the 18€ formula : a main dish and a dessert.I got a perfectly baked 250gr steak with a nice peppersauce and homemade french fries garnished with some fresh vegetables.as dessert i took the (also homemade) tarte tatin (apple pie) with ice cream.My friends also enjoyed their meals and excellent service.Next year (on our way to the french alps for our annual skiweekend) we will certainly stop over here again !
The place looks nice and quiet inside and the service was quick and friendly. We got the burgers which were handmade and very tasty. Very nice food indeed!
Even after 2pm, you may order typical regional dishes from meat or fish. Beware: Large quantities are served ! Huge salads. Friendly service, in both medium-sized rooms.
I had the snails and the chicken salad (La fraicheur, I think). It was delicious. Service was a bit slow (it took about an hour) but seemed about usual for France. The server was working very hard. Don't know if they needed more staff.
Nice restaurant, in one of those wonderful streets in the Stanislas quarter of Nancy. Good food, reasonable service, albeit some quirky things when eating there with a kid: children's menu served on a very hot plate, and for those who mind, the steak tartare was medium done, French style, so pink inside. Other than that, they have maybe the most beautiful pissoir I've ever seen, and it's not a bad choice to eat here.
