A Cantina - Nantes

In a quiet area a friendly welcome with a terrace and large room , menu discovery to 22 euros really delicious , pane of eggplant with pepper sorbet and feta foam on it is feasted , delicious calf and dessert strawberry sorbet basil and sarrasin bravo chef , an address that we will remember to come back very quickly and in addition a great choice of wine to the glass

I tested the first menu (discovered at 22 euros), a priori only consisting of fresh and homemade products. The entrance and dessert were rather nice and original (e.g., variegated eggplants, coconut and curry ice). On the other hand, disappointment on the dish: a piece of black place on a half-scratch... can do better (even if the fennel sauce was rather good). negative point: a lot of waiting between the dishes while the restaurant was not full. With regard to the location, a situation close to the city center. the interior is rather authentic and aesthetic but not quite user-friendly to my taste (possible improvements in terms of lighting and furniture). In summary: a rather good value/price ratio for this restaurant. some improvements on the map and the decor could make it pass in the top category.

Delicious and creative semi-gastronomic meal! we have taken 2 menus (discovered at 22€ and gourmet at 28€). both were really excellent, copyy, creative on flavors and textures and with a very good value for money. we have been regaled and the presence of some mosquitoes has not changed. service was also perfect. It just became one of our favorite nantes addresses!

Ideally located in the old nantes!a warm welcome and menus to discover, a lot of creativity, a service to small care for a more than reasonable price! a nice address to recommend.

Very beautiful and succulent discovery, it is super good and very fine. The menu changes regularly to discover elaborate and seasonal dishes. The frame is friendly and several rooms are offered (ideal for groups)
