L'Abélia - Nantes

I do not know how this restaurant is rated as only #43, since it is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! This is definitely one of the top restaurants in the city! The place itself is just amazing.. It is not located in the strict center of the city, but a bit in the suburbs.. The place is a former home of a local surgeon, it is an amazing villa, surrounded by trees and beautiful flowers. It doesn 't get more French than this! It has a beautiful terrace that is perfect for lunches. The service is just exellent and we loved the chef coming to us after the meal. The food was outstanding. Everything, from the apperizer to the dessert was just melting in our mouth, I cannot praise it enough! It is not the cheapest option, but is more than worthy of the price and presentation! I would difinitely recommend it to anyone that loves well presented and perfectly made dishes that you dream about the next day!

The restaurant is located in an old 19th century Maison the maître. It serves pure French gastronomic food in small dining rooms. The service is fast and nice (despite the fact that we were a busy Saturday evening). The food is really typical a bit old style French cuisine (no accusation there I love old style French cuisine). The prices are very sweet for the quality of the food served.

For a little more money than you would spend in a standard restaurant with cbd, you can have a nice gourmet dinner nearby, at the belia - my favorite restaurant with 'the manor of the regate' more in the north (both in the notable restaurants of the michelin guide). there is no English version of the menu, but the food is original and beautiful, and the chef des desserts is a king. a place to go to check the brand of the restaurant whaou of your trip.

We were 12 people and we booked a table. They gave us a private room. We loved him. We ordered the tasting menu and it was really good. I and my family were impressed. The service is very professional. I fully recommend the place.

I already visited the belia and it was just as good this time. nice dinner with my daughter and my son-in-law who live in a swim. the service was friendly, effective but not invasive. excellent wine map at a reasonable price. We had a table in the veranda with garden view. I can't wait to go back!
