I wanted to eat quickly with my daughter a noon in the viarm square. what a nice surprise this very welcoming place or we have enjoyed an excellent meal full of flavors and all fresh and homemade for 10€ drinks included!!!
We were visiting from Melbourne and stayed across the street from this restaurant and thought we'd give it a try as we were craving Vietnamese food. We are very spoiled in Australia with excellent quality Asian food so we know what good Vietnamese and thai food is. We ordered the Pork caramel and Vermicelli beef lemongrass salad. They were terribly cooked and the sauces were not Vietnamese or Thai. The people cooking clearly have no idea how to cook let alone cook this cuisine authentically. The sauces were over complicated, they seemed to have mixed too many different flavors that are simply not Vietnamese or Thai. They even overlooked the noodles, it was slimy and gross. Locals probably don't know what good Viet or Thai food is so that's why they rate it well. Very disappointed.
Small meal in the evening the dishes were very good and served quickly the really nice boss.
Thai cuisine is excellent, you have to ignore the soil that sticks a little and not be pressed, nothing is prepared in advance! I regularly recommend the Thai basil shrimp or beef with gluant rice, their spring roll are fresh and divine!
