Karino - Naousa

Went to order takeout, as I walked up I was greeted with a less than pleasant look from the guy at the front and was then told they're not doing takeout at all. My girlfriend called 10 seconds later and was able to place my order. I'm a masculine presenting female of darker complexion. I felt so disheartened by this treatment because I have no doubt it had something to do with the way I look. I won't blame the restaurant but the man working the front. Edit : I now know the man working at the front is the owner my girlfriend and I went to restaurant to pick up my food, got yelled at by the owner and a woman who I think was the manager. About how I shouldn't have written a review and should delete it. Because they close takeaway at 9 and only took the phone order because it was one sushi roll. (I asked him in person if I could order sushi) I then mistakenly got a call asking if I placed a reservation after I said no I asked the man on the phone if they were doing takeaway, he said yes. Then I asked him to check with the manager, he said yes. Then I said don't you stop takeaway at 9? He said no, we stop at 12.

Asked for eggs to be well done because I'm pregnant, assured that the eggs will be well done, and then came runny. Wasted time and money. Also in the morning there is a strong smell of gasoline coming from the boats, so it's not a pleasant place for breakfast. Do not recommend.

The food was really good (I had a Greek Salad) and the location is awesome. On the Harbour next to the water. But: I had to wait a lot for ordering and to get my receipt... The Aperol was 10€ in my opinion a bit pricy. Also: I asked for bread besides the salad. This was charged extra. When I wanted to get the rest of my food for take away, the bread was not in the bag (realized it too late). It’s not a big deal.. but more transparency would be better and also more professional in my opinion. All in all I had a good time!

On vacation in Paros, this place caught my attention because of its good prices, and I really liked it! The staff was very nice, the place is beautiful and most importantly the food is delicious. I recommend it 100

Made to feel very welcome by the staff. Delicious (local) fish for some of the sushi rolls . Would recommend, if on the island, to make the trip here . Lovely relaxed atmosphere
