Waiting for the order for 1.5 hours, I called to see what was going on, they hadn't even made it, they didn't even know about the order (it was made electronically and they accepted it) and they told me that it would be delivered in 5 minutes, they passed but 20 minutes I called again and they told me that now he is leaving and from that moment he came after 15 minutes. As soon as the order arrived we asked why it was delayed so long (almost 2 hours) he said he has too much work and we asked why they didn't inform us that it would take so long to cancel it the answer was don't order again
