Little Caesars Pizza - Napa

I've been going to that store for months now , always dirty , waiting to be helped , orders don't get out when are set on the counter , etc

Love the price and extra most pepperoni stuffed crust

This place sucks! Completely rude and racist staff. If you don 't speak Spanish forget about it. I came in and asked if they had any hot n ready pizzas and the young girl said no. Never even looked in the warmer behind the register.I decided to order a cheese pizza and wait 15 minutes. 2 minutes later someone walks in and orders 2 pizzas. A few minutes later someone else comes in and orders 2 pizzas. I asked her why am I waiting these people are getting their pizzas instantly . She says that they called their order in. I asked the customer if they called in the order and they said no. She then rolled her eyes at me and walked off. I ended up getting my money back. I will never go back.

They always get my order wrong. Today i went and bought a Three meat treat pizza and they said to wait 10 minutes after we got the pizza then i went back home and when i opened the box instead of three meat they gave me pepperoni classic!? i was so mad because i spend 13 dollars for a pepperoni that cost about 8 dollars.Don't come to little Caesars instead go to Mountain Mikes

I was on hold for 10 minutes 1st call. Hung up and called 2nd time, phone rang more than 20 times. Hung up. Called a 3rd time, and they finally answered. I wouldn't have wasted my time if it wasn't for my husband wanting the pIzza.
