Ramen was good but I have had better Ramen elsewhere. Spicy level is not that high so don't go on the ? sign on the menu. The chopped pork in Dan Dan noodle was really good though. It melted in the mouth. Staff and ambience is decent.
I loved the Dan Dan noodles on the outdoor patio. The staff was friendly and the portions were generous. The Napa Noodle salad was also a very large portion.
We got the Szechuan Dan-Dan Noodle Soup really good one, however my Pho noodles soup was tasteless... I really wanted to try it but it was tasteless. Not so much flavor.
This place is alright. It is hyped up -as every place in the valley is. I love that there is a representation of beautiful cultures in this restaurant but there are just a few flavors missing. It could perhaps be due to the fact that I've had genuine Asian cuisine from my parents to the other restaurants I have visited. I had ordered the chicken teriyaki but asked for the sauce on the side and didn't like the fact that the chicken looked like it was boiled instead of grilled (which makes a huge difference, I think). But it is a great place to start and expand your palate. The service is nice while the location is perfectly settled in Downtown Napa. A plus, of course the beverages served.
It was ok, big portions but too salty. Great location we just happened to stop by.
