My soup came in a small bowl, Hers was in a to go container as was her whole meal. Our same ordered sandwiches didn't even havethe same bread. The kitchen staff was so slow. They were loud and inappropriate and just plain rude. It took a good 20 minutesto get our food during a very slow time of day
I have frequently used the phone app to order a simple kids grilled cheese sandwich with custom bread selection (classic white miche), but they consistently get it wrong and are not very polite when I call to make them aware of the mistake.
If I could give a rating of zero or negative, I would. This might assist others in making their decision. I recently ordered salads through DoorDash and both salads were filled with decayed lettuce. It was impossible to even salvage a portion. It was repulsive. How could a company tolerate serving decayed food kept in their containers or refrigerators? I will never return. Perhaps they should reconsider their commitment to serving quality food.
I had a great experience at this Panera location. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick. The staff were friendly and using the kiosk to order was easy and efficient. The breakfast food was of good quality.
