Sweet Abe's Baking Co - Napa

I visited Whole Foods in search of a quick vegan birthday cake, but was disappointed to find that they did not have any freshly made vegan cakes available. I was directed to the frozen baked goods section, where my daughter suggested we try the Abe's Celebration Cake. She recommended the vanilla flavor, which turned out to be delicious. Unfortunately, my local Whole Foods only had chocolate and vanilla options, while I later discovered online that they also offer a carrot cake which I would have liked to try. I will have to find out where I can get my hands on a slice of carrot cake next time.

I recently tried some amazing vegan desserts from various places, but Sweet Abe's treats were hands down the best! Their cakes are to die for, and their scones are absolutely delicious. I appreciate their incredible vegan baking skills that are available at the farmer's market and Ritual Coffee in Ochsen, but I really wish they would open a storefront of their own.
