Yo'belle - Napa

I encountered a worker who was incredibly rude for no apparent reason. Their attitude was very sassy. I suggest considering their position.

I paid $29 for two frozen yogurt cups overflowing with toppings, and I find that outrageous. I won’t be returning to this place again. The yogurt isn’t worth even half of what I spent. Save your time and don’t bother visiting this restaurant; the prices are ridiculous and it's quite disappointing.

I took my daughter out for a date, and I'm glad I didn't order the $7 for a small serving of frozen yogurt—what a total rip-off! The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because the staff is wonderful and friendly. However, I won't be returning; it's just too expensive for me.

My recent visit to Yo'belle was somewhat disappointing. The first thing I noticed was that their water dispenser was empty. We went there last weekend because my son received a gift card for his birthday. When we were ready to settle the bill, they asked if we would be paying with cash or card. I explained that we wanted to use the gift card and then cover the remainder with my credit card. However, they informed me that their system only allowed for cash to pay the remaining balance, which caught me off guard. As a result, I had to pay the entire amount on my credit card and couldn't use the gift card at all. This was quite frustrating. I hope this issue gets resolved so that others don't have to experience the same letdown.

Diane and I visit this place once a week for a treat, and it’s simply the best!
