Tim Hortons - Napanee

The food was great. It took 15 minutes before my order was taken with only 2 people ahead of me. This was dine in. 3 people working the drive thru and only 1 at the counter.

Terrible service. I waited almost 15 mins for someone to take my order. They all noticed me but ignored me. A guy in front of me left because he never got served either. I'll never go back to that Tim Hortons. Dundas st

I just waited for 30 minutes in the drive-thru for 2 cups of tea. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

My girlfriend got coffee on a Sunday first thing in the morning brought it back and started choking on a piece of plastic I had to revive her and all they could compensate was $100 gift card I laughed at him I said she nearly died so then now we're waiting to hear from the adjusters which has been 2 months now they're just dragging their feet I have pictures and proof are you going to put it all over social media so watch when you shop there it's at Stinson's gas on 41 Highway Nappanee

Super busy inside, waited a bit before getting my food. The dining room was surprisingly clean for how many people there were.
