Contribuisci feedbackWe went to this Chilis at about 7:30 PM with 15 people. Despite having 16 teenagers walking in late at night, We were greeted nicely and given great service. Our server Vanessa was very nice and served us even as we needed a lot. Impressive!
Terrible customer service, wait staff seemed like they wanted to avoid helping the guests. When ask to speak with the manager I think that was the fastest I seen the waitress move. The manager seemed like he really didn?t care, he disappeared just like thewait staff and mind you there was barely anyone in the restaurant. Maybe 5 or 6 tables with guests. In my 27 years of customerservice. This was by far the worst I have seen . No sense of urgency, I don?t even think they have any type of process. I cantell you this the food was good though to bad you might have to wonder if your order makes it to the person making the food. Iget that there might be a fumble here and there but tonight, I was very disappointed.
The place by itself has a good look, i think the distribution could be better but it wasn 't too bad. My food took about 15 minutes to be ready, the servers were fast and kind. The food was good, but just that, Good . I asked for a burger, it was goodbut i think they should ask you how cooked you want the meat because i had my burger at about 3/4 and personally, i like themeat well done. But like i said, the food just stays at good
They were busy, so we had a 30-minute wait, but the server was nice. It took a bit for all our food to come, but the company was the best and we understood.
Absolutely awful. Avoid this location at all costs. They sabotaged my order and put pickled jalapeños in my two-year-old son?s beans out of spite. What sort of awful, sick person does that?!? The kitchen is horrible. Literally every item in ourorder was inedible. Chicken burned on the outside and uncooked within, rice burned, fries undercooked, buns wet, the list goeson. Despicable.
