Chipotle Mexican Grill - Naperville

Placed an order for pickup at 11:30 (supposedly they open at 11. I get there and there is a line of people waiting as the doors were still locked. They finally opened about 10 minutes later. Come to find out, NONE of their mobile orders were received on their end. They said the option was to get in line which was now long with other customers to get your order. Hot mess!

Hello, THIS IS A WARNING!! Be AWARE!! I ordered a vegetarian bowl from this restaurant on 11/01/2023, thirty minutes after I ate, I became severely ill, sour/upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, and I had diarrhea, I went to the doctor and I'm currently on antibiotics, the doctor told me that I had food poisoning. I'm currently experiencing diarrhea this is day 8, I've lost pay/earnings due to me calling off from work. I became ill on last Wednesday 11/08/2023, some of the chipotle staff had lied about who the G.M manager were, the GM of this location hasn't returned one of calls at all. I've reported this to chipotle corporate office, and the health department. I WANT TO WARN OTHERS about this location. This is not a lie, this all facts, this is not defamation. I have the doctor documentation to prove my FOOD POSIONING. I pray and hope no one will ever experience what I'm going through now. I called Saturday to speak to the G.M, and a employee that works there lied on the phone, saying she was the G.M, that employee tells me on the phone to come and get a refund. I come up there to get a refund, I was treated like an criminal for over almost two hours about a refund that I was told to come and get. Someone will take accountability for the food poisoning, and my lost earnings. This is just the beginning. Mr./Ms.GM you won't get away with lying, ignoring, and avoiding the situation. God is POWERFUL. What goes up, must down. Karma is real. For the customers, please be mindful of my food poisoning and that it's been eight days, I haven't received a phone call from the G.M. please make sure all the food is fresh, and or do your own research about chipotle, then you will understand where/how I was food poisoning, how food it come about.

I went to grab dinner with my son and I was DISGUSTED by the scene!!! It was a COMPLETE UTTER DISGUSTING MESS!!! There were MANY employees standing g around talking, texting and drinking bottles of soda while standing and looking confused. They were or seemed to be unsure of what they should have been doing and yet there were orders to be filled everywhere. The guacamole used to refresh what had ran out hadn't been covered while stored it was BROWN all over the top. PLEASE BE WARE!!! PLEASE EAT WITH CAUTION!!!

The food was not fresh and I would recommend double-checking your order. We received two bags of chips that were extremely stale. The burrito bowl was covered in the chips and was not enjoyable. My bowl was missing ingredients and the quesadillas were tough and cold.

Friendly staff that nicely and quickly prepare your entrees, go to chipotle not because it's close but because it's consistent
