Have to ask someone to use the bathroom and have them buzz you in? How awkward and inhospitable! Lost a customer for good from this.

Went to get coffee with my sister in 80° weather and when I asked if I could have some water they denied me water after that I got my coffee and I asked for another straw so that we could share they told me I would have to pay for that. I was like pay for a straw? How much do I have to pay? And then they were like fine fine here take the straw. Since when do you have to pay for straws? Also, how can you deny somebody water? Such an odd experience turned me off to coming to dunkin completely..would not recommend coming here because of the staff!!

Thank you for selling me “day old” donuts on 12-19-22, 7:30 am. Of course I’m long gone by the time we open up the box. Don’t tell me you don’t know when you pick them up to place them in the bag/box. Hard as a rock. Even the frosting is a slightly different color.
