Dunkin' - Naperville

The cashier at the counter was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this store as they tell you a lot of information about the food they sell and they have good donuts. They really go the extra mile to make things right. Their coffee is also very delicious. I will happily continue to come here. I have had exceptional service at Dunkin' Donuts in this particular location.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the 2nd time I've been there and they are the most ignorant and rudest people ever!! Always wanting to get smart and sarcastic with the customers. One second they don't ask anything, get your order and give it.....the next they ask all these questions, that have never been asked before, and then wanna get rude with you when you dont know how to answer. This is the best dunkin around. Very efficient and friendly staff. Happy hour after 2 o'clock $2 hot or cold. Not sure of any others that do this. Whenever working in Naperville or Lisle I make a point of going to the store.

Sometimes this location does not have items but the people are very nice

I love when they make my coffee right. Staff is always friendly and they always hustle.
