Gather me the wrong coffee, cold eating and terrible service (15 minutes waiting to be talked about my cursed order) you will save yourself the headache and order of the brookdale rd instead!
I went through the drive-thru and my order was incorrect. They asked me to pull around, but they brought out the wrong order again. Frustrated, I had to go inside the restaurant to fix it. They then attempted to give me the rest of my order, yet I still found items were missing. When I got home and opened my food, I discovered that my sandwich was missing its sausage patty. Additionally, the coffee tasted watered down, and I never received a receipt. At this point, I considered asking for a refund, but honestly, I just wanted the time I wasted back.
Super fast drive-through today hot coffee...couldn't ask for more!
Today was my first time at this dunkin. the guy was nice. said hi when i came in. i got my drink quickly. it was fine. i went back to work. i been drinking it for probably like 3 hours. and it's about half way done right now. and i notice something black in my coffee. i'm outside right now so i'm assuming something flew in my drink. so i scoop it out. but no. no. there is a big, frozen inside my ice cube... i used to work in the service industry as a bartender. you can def see what's in the ice when scooping.. i'm honestly disgusted
