Contribuisci feedbackI ordered two iced latte drinks on their app and planned to purchase donuts at the location. Upon arrival the cashier noticed the wrong drinks were made. She advised the employee was new and made my correct drinks. I offered her, as well as the other employees the two extra drinks made by mistake but they insisted I keep them. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
Not adhering to cdc covid guidelines. This is for Dunkin donut at “ 4003 Plainfield-Naperville Rd, Naperville, IL 60564”. Employees were not wearing masks, if you have camera inside, you can easily verify it. especially the folks working in the kitchen. It is dangerous to all the customers. It’s not the first time, I noticed.I will be complaining to CDC next
Over charged.I bought 6 pcs bagels (no Cream Cheese), clueless cashier charged me $12+. Should be $5.79.Bagels 1/2 Dozen $5.79
Have never seen people so unqualified in my life. I have placed my order and put me in the window and this young man with bracelets stands there looking at me. I look at him. he asked me if I commanded one. I said, what did you order? So he goes and finds my order. they made my drink wrong. I asked for no foam, the becher was about a quarter of foam, so I had to get it back and ask to correct the order so that he will return the beaker to me and is about a quarter of the liquid away. they didn't take it back, they didn't fill it. So I explained to the man that it was not done right and I show him the cup where it is a quarter empty and he just tells me that I didn't make it. they seem very disorganized. the customer service is terrible. would never come back here.
This place is an absolute sweat. take them whenever their sign / google says that their closing time is and throw them out the window because this location will regularly close its doors from 4 o'clock. I walked through her journey and was told they were from ice cream. how did you run out of coffee and ice? I give this place 1 star because I can't give it 0 stars.
