Honey-jam Cafe - Naperville

The crepes are delicious, I love the salty and sweet options they have. the service is great and I like the place.

The food was great, warm and tasty safe. with the time feels a little full of people. so if they sqeemish on that know it will feel like pandemic time again. there are tables outside, but you won't get all the big parties out there. the service was nice, but it took time to get our orders. a little longer than I thought for a table of 5. I think it was just another indicator of how busy it was. a fun and good experience. I was happy to visit safely.

I've seen other locations for this chain but this was my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised. We were seated immediately but the service during the meal could have been more regular. I loved my steak scrambler. Tim seemed to really enjoy his omelette. Tony said that there was not much Nutella in his omelette. I thought the drink service during the meal could have been more regular, but other than the amount of Nutella and the drink service times, those were my only negatives. I'd completely return.

Our server was awesome so no complaints there. But the coffee is beyond horrible. Like so so bad. Baaaad. And our son's mac n cheese was burnt and dried out. I dunno.. we probably won't come back.

Visited on a Sunday around 11am. Service needs improvement. Very crowded and totally understaffed. Hostess was very nice and took care of everyone but after that it was not very good experience. Waiter took our order including our drinks. After waiting and waiting, the food came out but none of our drinks! He didn’t even notice. I had to tell him. He also forgot one of my sides. Coffee cup are small and no one came offering refills. Waiter never came to ask how the food was. They need to limit the number of diners to match their staffing level to provide better service. Food? I had the Mexican omelet. Not my favorite, it’s not really an omelet. It’s eggs and various ingredients all scrambled together then shaped like an omelet. Looking at the other dishes, it’s all average IMHO. Mine came out lukewarm also.. Finally, this place is so loud with so many people packed in there. It’s very hard to carry on a conversation across the table. Not a relaxing kind of place. Won’t be back nor recommend.
