Jamae Korean Gourmet - Naperville

What a nice little Korean hideout! The lady at the front was incredibly kind and warm! We ordered bulgogi japchae. And it was perfect for us. If you're not too hungry, I would recommend sharing this with someone. We came hungry, but we're not able to finish all of our food.

I went right before lunch rush, I got the beef bulgogi lunchbox special and the seafood pancake. It came to 39 dollars, it was a lot of food, the quality of the food was good and fresh.

I absolutely love the food at this restaurant! I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys or wants to experience authentic home-style Korean cuisine. The staff, especially the lady who works on Tuesdays and Thursdays, are friendly and approachable. The dishes are served hot and fresh, and they are always delicious! The portion sizes are quite generous for the price, leaving me satisfied for the rest of the day. I truly enjoy visiting this restaurant and look forward to having lunch here every Tuesday!

I can't emphasize enough how much I adore the food at Jamae's. I make it a point to return every Tuesday whenever I can, fully confident that they'll serve me a fantastic and genuine meal. My expectations for this restaurant are quite high, and they consistently deliver—my meals arrive quickly, with generous portions, and carry the warmth and comfort that can only be found at home. This place has become a beloved favorite for me, and I believe it should be for everyone else, too.

The meal was quite basic and lacked flavor. The noodles had a powdery texture, and there was hardly any squid to be found.
