Contribuisci feedbackThe customers in Naperville are extremely rude. As a customer, you sometimes have to wait 3 minutes just to get their order. They fail to consider the hard work of the workers who are doing their best to please them. Some of the customers clearly have no experience in customer service, and it really shows.
The staff is large, especially when they deal with the homeless, who live all but on or in the building. there is a wonderful hired person who is destined to practice me with her, every time I look or go through the drive thru. when my company acquired the production plant over the road, the manager brought us cookies. they are for the bump of the next door swap o rama, the waiting time is in the regular short. probably in the top 3 mcdonalds I have ever visited.
Online order at this restaurant. One sandwich was missing from my order. I now realize why the server checked the bag before handing it to me.
Wrong order. After I returned with a quitting and asked for a refund and freshly made food, I got nothing. only old cheeseburger. when I asked for a refund for my inconvenience, the cashier and the manager said they would not give any more payouts. ? my experience is that sales and profits are these steadfast care, and not time or worth for the customer. seems to miss the basic values of other McDonalds locations.
Short on staff as other places but they're doing their best. Quick service. Place could use a make over or at least a deep cleaning as bathroom and seating area are not ideal
