Nando's Peri-peri - Naperville

Our second time here and was very excited to eat here, but was unfortunately let down. we noticed one of the cooks on the grill dropped a whole chicken on the floor twice. If you’ve eaten here, you know the grill is in good sight of costumers view. Instead of throwing it away, they placed it back in the drawer under the grill, which is the drawer they were grabbing chicken from to go on the grill and proceeded with what they were doing. The table behind us brought this up to management the manager apologized, claimed he would address the situation, refunded the table. Unfortunately, after the table left because of the situation the manager was talking loud enough for other customers to hear that the situation was probably “mis seen” unaddressed. The cook on the grill continued the manager continued as if nothing. This whole encounter left such a bad taste was disappointing to see it was just brushed off… here to say it wasn’t misseen should have been better addressed. Won’t be back, but just a review of our experience…

This place is not what it used to be. Last ordering and dining in here. Not recommended

Looks like they have changed there menu from last time. Last time I ordered Avocado bowl, it was a good amount but this time order salad bowl (without chicken) the quantity was super less, I left the place hungry all of the tables are sticky not sure why . Cauliflower in the bowl was top sour also.

Ordered online for pickup. Staff was not helpful at all when I arrived. I had to barge my way over to the expediter station to see the status of my order. Only then did someone acknowledge me. Food was really tasty. Chicken was cooked perfectly.

Great place to grab a lunch or dinner. Consistently good food and service. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Only thing is, need to carry spoons for kids to eat the rice easily. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly. Started bringing the kids around 2.5 years old.
