I love it, I delight my appetite every time I pass by there.

Being a repeat client of the others locations on Napoli on the Bay and working in customer service, I don 't like to write bad reviews. We order delivery yesterday, Uber Eat App would not let me change the address for 1 number so instead of choosing the option leaving at the door I chose Meet at the door . The drop the pizza in a random chair in an abandon house. Pizza was ok and problem was easy to solve, the bad part was when I called to ask (since it says on its way till late that day) the person that answer was super rude and keep yelling and blaming me on the phone. I understood my part of blame but their support and assistance after paying was terrible. VERY disappointed! I 've been also in the restaurant once before and place is very small and tables sticky!!!!! After the answer I received on the phone and all the bad reviews below I doubt that they will address this issue to ensure a better service in the future as the owner said.
