Panera Bread - Naples Manor

Let's say we're okay with paying $4 a drink. Light roast stops at 2pm and no more fresh tea drinks after 7pm too? So we're paying double amount for 20oz of soda than just buying a 2 liter bottle. If top shelf items are removed then pricing should be reduced as well.

Not impressed. We ordered two soups and split a sandwich. For starters when I went to the window to see about our order because it was taking a while, they had been buzzing the wrong call buzzer. So our meal was not hot. When I cut the sandwich in half the bread was hard like week old tough bread. Then half the sandwich had no meat. The soup tasted good but a little cold. Not worth $30 that's for sure.

I got a salad and it had soggy/slimy spinach so i won’t be surprised if i got listeria or something and it came with like a tablespoon of dressing and when i asked for more they gave me such a tiny amount. it was $18 for a disappointing salad that’ll probably get me sick and a lemonade 0/10

Look...why should I sit down to eat and be thinking about how small the sandwich is and skimpy on the ingredients? Or the bread bowl of mac and cheese with a small portion inside? I get you're charging an exorbitant amount, but why leaving a customer thinking about these things?

A nice lunch at a good price. Would definitely return!
