Domino's Pizza - Naples

I ordered on January 30 and received my order and everything was fine. By feb 1 I received an email confirmation from domino?s about an order charged to my card, it was for the same amount from the order of January 30. I called to get a refund and still haven?t received it and never got a call from the general manager. Do not order from this location they are purposely charging your card if you do not tip them and they will act like they are giving you a refund but they are not.

Pizza delivery was cold and forgot our salad. After many phone calls and holds trying to get through to someone, I complained about the missing salad and was told they would take it off my bill. Next day was charged the full amount. Never using this store again.

Ordered online for a large pizza and some cheese sticks... The online order system says it's delivered but the food still has not shown up... I'm still sitting here waiting for my food.... I called the store and was told by the girl that answered the phone that the driver that has my food likes to take his time and normally takes a long time to deliver. I asked for a manager and was told he was busy and couldn't take my call.... I would not recommend ordering from here ever!

I do not care for Domino's spicy sauce. I called and checked with the employee to make sure that the robust sauce was not spicy. The employee reassured me that the robust sauce was not the spicy sauce. I then ordered pizza on-line with the robust sauce thinking it was not spicy. I received the pizza and it was spicy which I didn't want. The pizza was disgusting. It was spicy with a very thin crust. All I could taste was a hot spiciness. Will not buy pizza from there again.

Awesome coupons. Food was great! Kenneth delivered my order, and he was excellent! I?ve never had a delivery driver read back my order to make sure it was correct. I really appreciated it! He was prompt and friendly. Great experience!
