Einstein Bros. Bagels - Naples

I hadn't had a Caribou coffee in years, and while my drink was frozen, it was just right. The breakfast on a bagel was nearly good, but I was really let down by the chicken. Where was the chicken, and why was it so tough? The interior feels welcoming and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. However, it took 11 minutes for my food to arrive, and my frozen drink took 8 minutes. I visited at 10:50 on a Sunday morning, so I thought that would be a safe time to go. I'll definitely return for the frozen drink!

The service at the cashier was below expectations. I hadn't been there in a while, and unfortunately, I forgot to ask them to toast the bagels for me, which they usually offer. I did remember to ask her to cut the bagels, just like I usually do. However, the Turkey Avocado Lunch Bagel was really tasty.
