Einstein Bros. Bagels - Naples

I really enjoy their breakfast bagel sandwich, and I usually order a tub of their veggie cream cheese since it’s the only place where I can find it.

Neither sandwich resembled the description or the photos! They were cold, soggy, and completely flavorless. It was by far the worst food I've ever overpaid for. This order set me back over $30, and honestly, we should be compensated that amount just for having to eat it!

I didn't receive my orange juice, the apple pie pastry was missing, and the egg sandwich wasn't made thin as requested.

Bagels were great but received a muffin instead of Cinnamon Bliss Roll and did not receive orange juices.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, thanks to the excellent customer service. I want to give a special shout-out to the manager for their warm smile and friendly greeting. I wish more employees at Naples restaurants, like Dunkin Donuts and McDonald's, would take a page from their book. I ordered the Smokehouse breakfast sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! My wife had the Turkey sandwich, and she thought it was just as tasty. We'll definitely be coming back!
