Jimmy John's - Naples

I'm not sure who the lady was that assisted me with my order; I believe she was the manager. It was around 5:20 PM on June 8, 2023. I made a couple of mistakes with my order, but she handled everything perfectly. She was fantastic! Thank you for a great experience today!

Great sandwiches, perfect for lunch; would definitely recommend it!

They forgot to include my pickle in a delivery order. When I called to let them know, they quickly offered to either give me a credit (for a free side!) or send the pickle to me. I realize it's a bit trivial to have the driver make a second trip just for a pickle, but that was the main reason I placed my order in the first place. The fact that they took the time to send it out really brightened my day. I was really craving it!

I visit this restaurant at least once a week, and the service is consistently friendly and attentive. Even during the lunch rush, someone always takes a moment to greet you and assure you that help is on the way. They handle modifications to sandwiches perfectly every time. The staff is mostly younger, but I've noticed they always work diligently to ensure that orders are completed promptly.

A bunch of kids running the place. Can't make a sandwich right. Sad. Lets get those sweet ai machines that can at least provide you with the right sandwich. Noone has time for the lack of attention to detail anymore.
