Kruk's Philly Steaks - Naples

The Chicken Philly inside was delicious, however, the bread rolls were stale. I requested new ones but received the same, which was disappointing. Despite this, the food was good overall. Rating: 2/5.

The staff member was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive to ensuring your sandwich was up to your expectations, and it was delicious. Food: 5/5.

I and a co-worker decided to give this place a try based on a recommendation from another coworker. We ordered 3 subs, 1 burger, and 2 cheese fries. The food was okay, but not great. However, I have to give a bad review because of the guy who took our order. His name was Richard, as per the receipt. Initially, he was friendly and took our orders, but then he skipped our order to serve dine-in customers first. After a 20-minute wait, he finally brought our food, but one of the subs was missing. When I pointed this out, he gave me attitude and insisted that I had only ordered 2 subs. I showed him the receipt, which clearly showed that I had ordered 3. He reluctantly made the missing sub, but when he handed it to me, he just dropped it on the counter and didn't even bother seasoning it. I found out later that my coworker's food tasted okay, but mine was subpar. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the cook and the mediocre quality of the food. I won't be recommending this place to others or returning myself. I give the cook a 0/10 for professionalism and the food a 2/10.

Ridiculously overpriced! Don’t eat here if you’re actually hungry. It’s $9 for a super greasy half Philly steak but an additional charge for onions and peppers so roughly $11 for a sandwich that can fit in the palm of my hand. It does not come with any fries or a drink. It’s an additional $6 for a basket of frozen crinkle fries. Don’t get me wrong, they are decent but 100% NOT worth the price you pay. If I’m gonna be paying $20 for a sandwich, I’d rather go to pastrami dans! (Naples OGs will know!

The sandwich was OK, not great but I thought it was overpriced. I paid $19 for a sandwich chips and a drink Employees were very nice and helpful. Because of the pricing I will not return.
