I sent it back ….One of the owners or managers came back to the table .. put the plate back on our table picked the steak up out of the plate pulled it apart and told us that she tasted it and it was fine and then took our fork off of the table and poked it I couldn’t believe it I’ve never had someone literally put their fingers in my food specially a manager or owner. And after we said that it was over cooked she then asked us if we wanted medium well. We said no it was supposed to be medium rare. We ordered a lot of food and appetizers and drinks we were very nice and our bill was a lot I couldn’t believe how rude and disrespectful the manager was. Two stars for our server she was awesome!!! We loved her
Our neighbors (32 of us) reserved weeks in advance and had 2 of the large Hibachi tables w/4 chefs. Upon arriving we had plenty of parking, large bar open area for a pre dinner cocktail, friendly hostess and we were seated on time. The service once seated was extremely slow, drink orders and taking our dinner orders in general, were extremely slow. Drinks at the bar are much better tasting, quality of pour etc, so maybe order pre dinner cocktail from the bartender. Once the chefs arrived, they did a great job. Fun, interactive, all the things you’d expect. What me/hubby had: spicy edamame (terrible, they had a mayonnaise sauce on them vs spices) so we only ate 2-3 each), tuna and salmon sushi which was very good. We both had the Ninja Deluxe (shrimp, lobster, filet) tasty but average quality and uneven portions. I had allot on my plate, my friend sitting next to me who had a different chef…had WAY less and she ordered the same thing. We did not eat the salad/soup but everyone else did and they looked fine/average. We had a birthday at each table, they sing, bring you deep fried Oreos… Service picked up and turned out to be good. Something I was shocked at was $19/ Grey Goose martini (we each had one). We live in Naples full time and I’m used to those prices for a martini but at the Ritz, or Baleen, or a French restaurant, or on 5th/3rd and it’s fine…but $19 at a Japanese steakhouse that focuses on families and had tons of kids? Anyways, our bill was $165 plus tip for the 2 of us. We won’t be back because we could spend that at a nicer restaurant with ambiance…but if your looking for a fun evening or have kids/ grandkids in town…then you might enjoy.
Ninja is one of tge best sushi restaurants in Naples. The service is excellent and a very creative menu
Good portions and the Hibachi Chef was very entertaining.
Great service, great place, great food. Ordered takeaway for the workplace and it was ready in 20mins, everything was perfect and delicious. Also, when I asked for extra spicy mayo they provided it with no additional charge which is nice. I just fell in love with their Clear Soup, never having it before not much to compare it to all I know is I was full from my roll and still drank it up. I also loved the location, looks like a nice place to go for dinner, they had a nice patio and it didn't give you the crammed in like sardines feeling I get at other Hibachi places. Will definitely be revisiting.
