It's just four stars. The staff is quite friendly and the place is usually quite neat. But... either the construction of a sandwich without pride or gratitude, as it was this evening, or part of the order is wrong or missing. Tonight, it looked like my sandwich put a quarter of its content in the envelope. And what was still in there was not evenly distributed; only bell of every ingredient, held together by cheese. I think there's a cultural problem in the store. And not just these. It's widespread from my road trips. There is a lack of joy, pride, contribution to the community, gratitude for employment and the possibility to support themselves or his family, etc. SOMETHING lacks. Anyway, the drive thru is convenient and the food is always quite tasteful. I just wish Panera would go the last step to be really big and worthy of all five stars.
I stopped the other morning and had a very pleasant experience. One of your employees I think her name was Savannah, went beyond and beyond to make my experience more efficient. She was very friendly and made the whole experience a great one!
Since I was in Panera, I've been happy to kill it. I ordered the almond chicken salad sandwich to which I go was always the steak cheese, but hey. Why not? As usual, not disappointed. I thought there could have been a little more of the chicken salad, but I was surprisingly happy. The selection of tea has grown, I had to try. First the teas then the teas mixed with lemonade. All were excellent! Customer service was great, the food was prepared faster than expected. Five stars on the way! Not my usual location, but I'm sure I'm returning.
Find it hard to give higher stars these days. It was more like a 3 rating but with establishments difficulty finding help always give benefit of doubt. Staff is friendly.
