We have often eaten in pazzo. we were very satisfied with the food and service. we had drinks, garlic bread, caesar salad and branzino with lobster and garnel. that was extraordinary. the only clitch was the server-in-training directory to order our Caesar salad and the participants first came out. no big thing. it was easily fixed. on any other wise she was an excellent server. she came by to check us out to make sure our food was good and if we needed something. the food was so plentiful that we didn't have space for dessert, even though we wanted it. if they have not tried pazzo, they are missing on an extraordinary meal. we are always looking forward to eating there.
There is no more complimentary cheese plate yet we still had to pay for bread The original reason for Panko bread was we got a complementary cheese plate . You are taking away all the things that made the restaurant a good value Used to dine twice a month, no more
Service was excellent ! We sat outside where the view was spectacular! Our 4 meals were very very good , totally satisfied ! Thank you all !
We live locally in Naples. Have never had a BAD experience at any of the restaurants in 25 years, except the seafood restaurant in Bonita. Manager condescending and rude. She was fired about 2 weeks later. Last night we made a 6:30 and arrived on time. Got seated immediately. waited 15 minutes before we saw the waiter. He gave us water and took a drink order and couldn't wait to move on. I took 15 more minutes to get our drinks. He came back and asked how is everything going? I replied not that good. He asked what's wrong? I replied we are here 30 minutes and you didn't take our order. He replied oh are you ready, we all said yes. We ordered one appetizer and four dinners. Twenty minutes later our dinners came before the appetizer. I stopped the bus boy and said we didn't get our appetizer and bread yet. Please have our waiter come to our table. Ten minutes later the waiter brings back the dinner and says , my fault the chef didn't recognize my handwriting???? I said please asked the manager to come to the table. Fortunately it was Keith who made several hundred reservations over the years. He apologized and we got the appetizer in 5 minutes entrees in 15 minutes. So in total it took over and hour to eat. It was my nieces birthday and she and her husband hadn't visited us in over two years due to COVID. He brought us the bill he sat it down without a word. We looked at the bill and Keith deducted approximately $70. I went up to the desk and asked Keith have I ever made a complaint or caused any problems that you know of. I said Keith the food was excellent as always!!! However my niece and her husband are foodies are like us and said this restaurant has never had an experience like that in all of the years and events we've eaten here. I stated I'm only estimating that I've spent $200,000 hear in 25 years and he took off half of the bill. My wife ,niece and nephew said the food was excellent and service was totally off.
