Pizza Hut - Naples

Was kind of awkward when I came in to pick up the food I ordered thin crust pizza and mozzarella sticks the lady didn’t say hi to me or anything I just said I had a pickup. I got my food and then I had to go back a couple mins later because they forgot to give marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks. When I got my Marinara sauce it was cold straight out of the freezer. Made the quality of eating it less good. Pizza Hut was better when it was a full dine-in place but now it’s not as good quality food/service.

Just picked up the WORSE pizza from this business. I 'm never going to order here again. Meat Lovers pizza has a sprinkle of sausage. 7 pepperoni slices on the entire pizza. That 's MEAT LOVERS ????? We have bought pizza from here before and its been...okay. This rip off today is the end. I could have gotten a better pizza from another company for $10. Cost for this joke today......$16.

Be careful ordering from this place. They didn't have what we ordered and the incompetent employee refused to refund our money even though they didn't have what we wanted. Looks like it's back to any other pizza place, we never return to any pizza hut

I had a very good excellent service from Dorreen Best I have seen since going to Pizza Hut She was very helpful

Pizza was lousy.but then again, there are not many good pizza in florida. being from new york
