Red Lobster Naples

I believe that the customer service is good but it could be better, it lacks a more cheerful atmosphere. The food takes too long and when it arrives at the table, it is not what I expected. In many cases, it is not well cooked and lacks the rich flavor that it should have. It is either cold or overcooked. Usually when I go on weekdays during lunchtime, the quality is not the same as before.

My mother was excited to try the Lobster meal at this restaurant. We arrived at 3:30 to avoid the busy dinner rush. There were hardly any other customers and the servers seemed indifferent to our presence. It was difficult to place our order, get our food, or even receive our bill. The quality of the food was average at best. My mom was unimpressed and mentioned that she may need to look for another seafood restaurant.

Everything was great! the food, service and atmosphere! We I had a fun time.

We waited 20 minutes before getting up and asking a server to please help us. The server took our drink order and said she will send our server back. 20 minutes later no drinks and no server. I asked for a manager waited another 5 minutes then finally walked out. The manager offered to wait on us herself as we were at the door but it was too little and way too late

Happy with service and the manager was an outstanding lady.. greeter, waitress was very helpful..
