Scoops Ice Cream Acai Bowls - Naples

I first visited Scoops in 2020 at their location on Collier Blvd, and I was happy to support a family business. Fast forward to February 2023, my wife and I decided to stop by their Immokalee Rd location, where we got two “Single Scoop” cups. I was quite shocked by the price: $14.25 for just two cups! Maybe I’m unrealistic, but that seems excessive. I wasn’t planning to return. However, after posting this review, the owner reached out to me. He explained that my order had been overfilled and offered to make things right. I have to say, I’m now more than willing to give this business another chance. Great job, Zach. Thank you for restoring my faith!

The ice is fantastic! My only issue is the wait time when there are a lot of people present. The young lady does her best, but being solo can lead to some long waits.

This ice cream is absolutely incredible!!! There are at least 30 unique flavors to choose from. I highly recommend the Chocolate Brownie and the Cookie Dough!

The peanut butter ice cream was amazing. Some of the best textured ice creams I've ever had. There are garden games like corn hole and Mega Jenga on the outside tables. Fun place to go. Minus a half star because all flavors needed more goodies in them though. Z. If it is a keksteig ice cream, you should have at least a bit of keksteig in each bite.

Zach from Scoops helped make our daughter’s wedding reception special! The ice cream cart was adorable. The ice cream, delicious! The service friendly. I wish we lived closer. This would be our go-to place!
