Absolute gas! The lady who waited on us was a top performer and the rest of the staff was fantastic. My girlfriend is lactose intolerant and gluten free. The staff was more than happy to adjust some of the items in order to work around her dietaryrestrictions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick, delicious meal. Meal: 2 cheese coneys w/ onionand mustard Rating: 6 cheese coneys out of 5 I will be returning here in the future!

I've lived in Cincinnati for 60 years and I can't resist having my 5-way! The food is as good as expected, but there's a big issue that needs to be addressed: cleanliness. Starting with the playful, goofing off, and unsanitary employees who don’t wear hairnets! My order was tied up and I couldn’t check it at the time, but I was assured it was all there. As I thought about my order on the way home, I pulled over to check it and found it was incomplete. I went back, and they corrected it, but it was frustrating. Three out of the five times I’ve been there, it felt like a circus. I once sat inside to eat, but I couldn't handle the way the employees interacted with each other and with customers. It’s disappointing because I love the food!

I absolutely love this food! After spending six months in Japan, the first restaurant I wanted to visit was Skyline. They serve fantastic Cincinnati-style cuisine right here in Naples. The service is great, and the staff are very friendly. My only complaint is that I didn't spot a Harrison Wildcat Football pennant!

The spaghetti could have benefited from less water and a bit more meat sauce. While the flavor was great for the first few bites, it didn't consistently carry through the entire dish.

First time visiting. A person recommended and had me all hyped up. Had a chicken bacon ranch wrap and was disappointed. Looked like a 5 year old wrapped it n didn't get my cheese the most important thing on a wrap. Customer services was nice but now thatI think about makes me wonder. I ended up going to Chipotle.
