I made a reservation through OpenTable, but when I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed.

This restaurant was listed as active on OpenTable, so we made a reservation for Saturday night. When we arrived, we found that it was CLOSED! It is very unprofessional not to remove reservations from OpenTable, and this situation prevented us from making another reservation elsewhere. Both the restaurant and OpenTable need to improve their processes!

The restaurant has been closed for the past 10 days. You should have been aware of this.

They took my reservation when we arrived on Father's Day, their doors were closed with an out of business sign on the door! Horrible!

I really couldn't tell you because I made a reservation and received a confirmation. My party arrived at the restaurant last night at 6:10PM only to find out the restaurant was not open.
